Terms & Conditions
● Privacy Policy – I do not store credit card details nor do I share customer details with any 3rd parties
● Delivery Policy – I aim to ship your order within a week of purchase
● Refunds - As long as an item is in its original packaging you can return it within 28 days. Please send me an email so that I can authorise the return. I recommend you send it recorded or with proof of postage, I am not liable for any losses and I do not cover the return postage.
● Cancellations - Orders can be cancelled if the item has not yet been shipped.
Taxes & Duties
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Indigo Studio is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance, and customers must pay for these in full. Indigo Studio has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we advise you to contact your local customs office to understand what the thresholds are in your destination country. This will tell you all you need to know about what duties may be applicable to receive your package, before you place your order. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, these are circumstances beyond my control.
US customers. Orders over $800 (Approx. £550-£600 depending on exchange rate) will be charged import duties. I suggest you place multiple smaller orders to avoid receiving these charges
If you refuse your parcel and it is sent back a restock fee of £15.00 will be taken off your refund.
